This agreement is governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where apkkiss is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of the apkkiss platform shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation between both parties.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it may be referred to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with mutually agreed arbitration rules. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, without affecting the remaining provisions.
